Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. You are responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancelation fees. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in the $25 deposit made when booking to be kept and another deposit will be required when rescheduling.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Their deposit will be kept and no able to be transferred to another day. If you If you wish to reschedule another deposit will be required. 

Late Arrivals

There is a 15 Minute grace period, if you are running late please be aware you may be charged an additional $10 once you have gone past 15 minutes, you may also be subject to be rescheduled to a different time if there is another appointment after you.

Please be on time and communicate with me.Out of respect and consideration to your esthetician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
